Leading Relational Cultures
Overview
Leading Relational Cultures is an interactive learning experience designed to help participants create the conditions in their teams and organisations, in which trust, connection and collaboration can flourish in early years settings.
We know trusted, relational connections between practitioners and families are the medium through which real engagement and change happen for children. We also know relational practice is shaped by more than individual skill — it's the conditions leaders create that determine whether it can actually take hold.
Why choose Leading Relational Cultures?
Drawing on CCCH’s Relational Ecosystem Model, participants will examine how they show up in relationships, how culture is built collectively and how organisational systems can enable or constrain relational ways of working. Participants will engage in reflection, dialogue, creative activities and learn practical tools. The training will work toward shifting ways of being, doing and leading to cultivate relational cultures.
The program will work toward shifting ways of being, doing and leading to cultivate relational cultures that support staff and translate into engagement and impact for children and families.

9.30AM-3.30PM in-person session followed by 2x 9.00AM-12.30PM online sessions.
Delivery
The program will comprise one day in person, followed by two half days online (held two weeks apart). This format will support the application of the training into practice.
