What we do
We work with families, services, communities and governments to enable fairer health and development for all children. Our impacts benefit individual children through populations of children.
We have dedicated our efforts to improving the lives of children and their families for nearly 30 years. As both a department of The Royal Children's Hospital and a research group of the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, we are ideally placed to co-produce evidence and put it into practice to make a measurable difference for children and their families.
Our approach
We support evidence-informed action at multiple levels. This is necessary because many factors influence children's health, development and wellbeing. While families are most important, the communities in which children live, families' access to services and support, and wider influences all affect how children learn, live and grow.
